I came across this study by Dr Farrah Sheikh and Jawaab, originally published in 2018 and launched with Amnesty International. The report includes insights directly from UK Muslim young people, about identity and experiences of Islamophobia, patriarchy and gendered Islamophobia, and what it means to be a British Muslim, growing up in the UK. It’s an essential read, to help understand the experience of Muslim young people.
